I have been running my individual law office as a lawyer since 2010. I graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I completed my legal training at the „Reichelt, Gutowski i Partnerzy – Law Firm” in Poznań, under the supervision of Prof. Maciej Gutowski, PhD, hab. I served as one of the disciplinary spokesperson’s deputies, and currently, I adjudicate at the Disciplinary Court of the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
The law office represents individuals as well as business entities in court disputes related to civil law, including economic proceedings, criminal law, labor law, administrative law, and family law.
In criminal cases, I act as a defender at every stage, from preparatory proceedings through court trials to enforcement proceedings. I also act as a representative for victims, helping them obtain compensation or redress. I prepare and submit extraordinary appeal measures.
Civil cases covered by the range of services provided by the office include, among others, disputes arising from failure to perform or improper performance of obligations, inheritance proceedings, including those about the division of an estate or statutory share, real estate proceedings, such as those about the dissolution of co-ownership, adverse possession.
We represent clients in cases against banks regarding foreign currency loans and other proceedings on behalf of consumers related to disputes arising from the use of forbidden clauses.
A significant part of the office’s activities involves cases against insurers for compensation for property and personal damage, including traffic accidents. We pursue compensation for health impairment, redress for suffering, and annuities due to total or partial loss of the ability to work. The office represents clients in out-of-court negotiations with insurers as well as in court proceedings.
We assist entrepreneurs in resolving disputes arising from business activities. We create and analyze contracts in business transactions, including copyright agreements. We prepare opinions on legal issues important to our clients. We offer comprehensive service under a permanent mandate.
In labor law proceedings, we represent both employees and employers.
We appear before administrative bodies and courts, including in disciplinary proceedings within professional liability.
In family matters, we conduct divorce proceedings, proceedings for the division of property, and proceedings regarding parental and children’s relations.
The law office offers flexible remuneration, adapted to the nature of the specific case:
- lump sum,
- mixed, including a „success fee”,
- determined according to an hourly rate.
